Reggae Angels releases a powerful album with Sly & Robbie and dreams of shows in Brazil!
With 15 albums recorded and known for having a highly positive energy in their performances, Reggae Angels is a landmark in the reggae scene in the United States and worldwide. The band has performed in several countries in Europe and Africa, as well as Canada and Hawaii in its more than 30-year career, spreading conscious and positive messages that exalt love. With the resumption of shows, Reggae Angels is already preparing a new tour across the United States and Europe and dreams of singing in Brazil and throughout South America.  Based in Oakland/California, the band reached the world with performances in concert halls and festivals in Europe - such as Uppsala Festival in Sweden, Reggae Jam in Germany and Bielawa Festival in Poland -, Africa, Canada, Hawaii, and of course, in hundreds of cities and festivals in the United States - such as the Reggae on the River, Sierra Nevada, Reggae in the Hills and Caribbean Vibes festivals.  Recently, Reggae Angels released the album “Remember our Creator” in collaboration with the exceptional musicians Sly & Robbie. For those unfamiliar with their name, this prolific Jamaican musical duo has worked with none other than Madonna, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Grace Jones, Joan Armatrading, Gilberto Gil, Joe Cocker, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Black Uhuru, Simply Red, Carlos Santana, Sinéad O’Connor and Vanessa da Mata.   “Remember Our Creator” contemplates everything that is best in the sound of Reggae Angels, focusing on spiritual themes such as: gratitude, living in love, patience and remembering your god. Due to the pandemic, this was the first time that the band was not all together in the studio recording, with part of the production being carried out in Oakland (California) and part in Jamaica.

"It was a great new experience. I was able to focus on this work with very few day-to-day distractions, without any rush the message was delivered clearly on this album", says vocalist and band leader Peter “Fenton” Wardle. The album “Remember our Creator” is the third consecutive Reggae Angels project recorded by the same team of musicians, which includes, in addition to Sly and Robbie, musicians Dwight Pinkney, Patrick Murray, Franklin Waul, Dean Fraser and Nambo Robinson, renowned in Jamaica and around the world.   "This is the strongest, most meaningful and most musical album to date. Emotionally, the album reminds me of God and what my purpose is in being his servant. It makes me feel a divine consciousness and makes me happy to hear the messages through melodies and songs", explains Fenton.  In addition to his leading role in Reggae Angels, one of the things that stands out about Fenton's personality is his collaboration with dozens of internationally renowned Jamaican artists through “Kings Music International”. The company he runs works with names like Michael Rose, Don Carlos, Israel Vibration and Marcia Griffiths, taking care of booking tours throughout North America.
