Despite winning the 2002 Grammy for Best Reggae Album for "Jamaica E.T.", Lee "Scratch" Perry doesn't stop. After all, it's no big deal, as the positive vibration continues. Heartbeat has just released the new album by the "crazy" Perry, titled "Cutting Razor".
