About to earn its first gold record (for the debut album Chimarruts), and with 20 thousand copies already sold of its second work, "Todos Somos Um", CHIMARRUTS is preparing to invade the rest of the country. Formed by Rafael Machado (vocals), Nê (vocals, quena flute and harmonica), Tati Portela (vocals), Diego Dutra (drums), Vini Marques (percussion), Emerson Alemão (bass), Sander Fróis (guitar) and Rodrigo Djak! (guitar), CHIMARRUTS has been consolidating its career with hits, major shows and videos. Highly experienced, the group — which has already taken part in events with major national and international bands — arrives in São Paulo for a series of shows. Songs from the band's two albums ("Chapéu de Palha", "Iemanjá", "Pra Ela", "Cabelo", "Floripa" and — from the recently released second work — "Deixa Chover" and "Pitanga") and covers (Bob Marley, Gilberto Gil, among others), combined with all the positive energy and vibe of the band and the audience, only confirm CHIMARRUTS' great performance on stage.
