Major contributions

July was the month when Namastê was "holed up" for 4 days to finish the arrangements for their second CD. In November and December came the rush to record 14 tracks at Solo studio in Curitiba. But something was still missing to complete it all. After an invitation from Namastê, the presence of Fauzi and Zé Orlando, vocalists of TRIBO DE JAH, was confirmed for the recordings of the band's new CD.

On Saturday (December 11) the band went to the hotel where Tribo was staying and then headed to the studio to record their participation on one of the CD tracks. The recordings went very well, and both Fauzi and Zé Orlando got into the mood of the music (Reggae Roots) and let their voices flow. The band wholeheartedly thanks the humility and especially the affection both showed toward the new work. These qualities only confirm why TRIBO DE JAH is one of the most important bands on the national scene.

The band is still awaiting Negra Li's presence on the song "Não Importa", but nothing is confirmed. It is worth noting that the recordings were fully sponsored by the store Michelle Board Shop (Thanks Luciano!). According to the band, the CD should be released in March or April 2005.
