Fya! Full house at Arena Tom Maior for the "originator" U-Roy on his visit to São Paulo!

On October 20th, at Arena Tom Maior in São Paulo, a real party DUB was held with one of those responsible for the most psychedelic aspect of reggae, "originator" U-Roy. The Jamaican worked with the legendary King Tubby in the studios of the no less legendary Duke Reid. Removing the vocals from the original songs and replacing them with "speech improvisation", known as "Toast", the Jamaican ended up being one of the great precursors of RAP. To participate in the party, we had none other than Yellow P, terrifying in the selections of DubVersão, and Echo Sound System, who set the tone for one of the biggest style parties ever held in São Paulo. When checking outside the house, many people tried to enter the more than crowded space of Arena, but they only felt the tremors of the bass in the structures of the room, which at the time were coming from "Sweetie Come from America" of Hugh Lewis. Receiving everyone in the dressing room with great friendliness, U-Roy waited for the official call to take over the Tom Maior stage. When it was announced, the public couldn't contain itself... it was nothing short of ecstasy. U-Roy improvised on the basis with excellence. It's impossible to stand still with the weight of "You’re my Satisfaction" or "Love is not a Gamble". U-Roy performed almost 1 and a half hours late, but the performance was so perfect that this didn't even come into question. Congratulations on Zeroneutro's initiative in bringing important names in the style to the delight of lovers of DUB and original reggae.
