"1° Red Nose Sandals Pró AM de Surf 2007" in Trindade! A Tropa is confirmed to liven the event!

The perfect choice for anyone who likes surf, beach, reggae and hip-hop! On October 06 and 07, the “1° Red Nose Sandals Pró AM de Surf 2007” will take place in paradisiacal Trindade (RJ). The championship will be held at Cepilho beach starting at 8:00 in the morning, and the categories disputed will be: under-14, under-18, women’s open and pro AM. For the first time, Trindade will welcome professional athletes as well as amateurs. The organization is by AUS (Assoc. Ubatuba de Surf) and the event is carried out by AST (Assoc. de Surf de Trindade), with sponsorship from the Red Nose brand. The athletes will compete for prizes ranging from iPods, DVDs and surfboards to 3 thousand reais for the “PRO AM” category. Together with the championship, the organizers and producers will be carrying out awareness work with the local crowd and tourists in favor of preserving the natural beauty of Trindade, which is considered a true ecological paradise.

REGGAE AT THE EVENT

On the night of the 06th (Saturday), starting at 8 p.m., Red Nose will promote an unforgettable night in the best Luau style, with torches, a bonfire, lots of vibe and beautiful people. The sound will be provided by the heavy reggae of the band “A TROPA” and Mc Ralph. It is no coincidence that the band earned acclaim last week by winning the “1° Festival Universitário de Música” (Projeto Rio Vivo), organized by TV BAND with the song “Água é Vida”, which brings the idea of preserving the Rio Paraíba.
