The reggae revelation band of 2007 will make its last performance of the year at the charity event "FAVELAFRIKA", organized by the band together with the rapper and cordelist, Gato Preto. The event will be held in the Jardim Colombo ghetto, close to Paraisópolis and Jardim Morumbi, south of São Paulo. A street stage will be set up in the middle of the Ghetto. In addition to the band JAH I RAS, the RAP groups, A Família (formed by MCs who accompany Rapper G.O.G.), Gaspar (Zafrika Brasil), Só Pegada and Novo Conceito. This is a great opportunity for people who like reggae to be able to feel and understand its origins up close, its messages and its principle, coming from the ghettos of Jamaica. The organizers also count on the solidarity of the public, where they hope to collect many kilos of non-perishable food to guarantee a good Natal to all residents of Jd. Columbus.
