The Mosiah Roots, strong band in the Salvador scenario follows with the 10 Years Commemoration Project and on October 2nd returns with the Season - Thursdays of October - on Casa de Shows Boomerangue, on Rio Vermelho.
The novelty is that the season has five thematic dates, full of surprises and many news. The band decided to innovate and bring to each event a different Show, with repertoires that mix copyright and great influences that made a difference to the Band. On October 2nd, the theme is MOSIAH IN CONCERT and the guest of the night is the band's former guitarist, João Paulo Castelhano. Promise of a night more than special with many ‘revivals’.
Presence of the JP TATTOO ARTE Tattooer who will be making ‘future’ MOSIAH tattoos in the present crowd and at the end of the show will be drawing a VALE-TATTOO for the ladies!
Day 02/10: MOSIAH IN CONCERT
In this show of the day 02, Mosiah will perform a repertoire based on the band's original songs. Songs that have not been played for some time and more recent ones making a chronological catch of all the melodies that have marked and succeeded on this long road.
Day 09/08: REGGAE BRAZUCA
In this Second event Mosiah will honor all the national bands that have already been part of the repertoire, and from this mix of influences will come a show with many successes of names such as: Natiruts, Paralamas, Cidade Negra, Edson Gomes, Gilberto Gil, Adão Negro, among others. Celebration to the National Reggae!
Day 16/10: MOSIAH ROOTS TRIBUTO A BOB MARLEY
This third presentation dispenses comments, another tribute to the King of Reggae Bob Marley, songs that marked the history of the world reggae, such as: Could you be Loved, Easy Skankin’, I Shot the Sheriff, Buffalo Soldier, among others.
Day 23/10: BACK TO ROOTS
With a suggestive name, this event will bring an eclectic Mosiah and researcher, with a repertoire composed of great international reggae successes, Jacob Miller, Steel Pulse, Gladiators, Butch Helemano, Peter Tosh and many others will be remembered and revered this unmissable night.
Day 30/08: MOSIAH CONVIDA
For the closure of this Project Mosiah will bring a repertoire of songs that composed all other Shows, as well as inviting several artists to make a special participation in the show. There will be some very special guests and among them Serginho do Adão Negro was the first confirmed presence.
