Movimento Reggae forte in Salvador!

The season of big reggae shows in the capital of Bahia always heats up at the end of the year, and proof of this are three major events such as "Surf Eco Festival", held on October 24th, "República do Reggae 2009", held for another year with great success on the 7th, and now the benefit event "Sound System Reggae Festival", on November 15th (Sunday), which brings Salvador together for the first time: DigitalDubs do Rio de Janeiror and DADA Yute by São Paulo, showing and revealing the new crop of reggae, dub, ragga, and Brazilian dancehall, in a mix of soundsystem culture with local bands. These styles arrived in the land of Axé to stay, and are growing every day, represented very well by local groups such as Dubstereo (which also participates in the event), Ministereo Publico, etc.
