Alborosie wins 2011 MOBO Award for Best Reggae Artist in Scotland!

The Italian Alborosie is one of the greatest reggae revelations in recent years. Through the album "Soul Pirate" and his first hit "Kingston Town", the artist gained international fame and has just achieved another feat in his career. The "MOBO" award, which means "Music of Black Origin" (Music of black origin) was started in 1995 and since then has awarded several internationally renowned artists in different categories, including "Melhor Artista de Reggae". Alborosie won the award for his work in 2011 and is now celebrating in Jamaica, where he is promoting his latest album "2 Times Revolution" released by Greensleeves. The 2010 winner was Jamaican Gyptian.
