IT'S ALRIGHT! Kumar, Raging Fyah's vocalist, goes solo and releases his first single!

Singer-songwriter Kumar recently released his single "It’s Alright" through VP Records, which is accompanied by a lyric video. Produced by Robert Livingston and Llamar "Riff Raff" Brown and written by Kumar, the single previews the upcoming album. Kumar became known as the lead singer of the band Raging Fyah, a highlight of the new generation of Jamaican Reggae. In 2017 the band was nominated for a Grammy with the album "Everlasting". In the studio, Kumar launched a constant flow of collaborations, including a participation by old national reggae acquaintances: Cidade Negra with a version of the song “Would You Love Me”, the recent duet alongside Alborosie (still with Raging Fyah), the Metallica classic, “The Unforgiven” in reggae style, receiving millions of plays on Spotify and YouTube. In late 2018, Kumar decided to leave Raging Fyah and pursue a career as a solo artist focused on pursuing his own artistic vision.
