The band Mato Seco, from São Caetano do Sul/SP, was confirmed at one of the biggest street parties in the country - the Feira de Santana/BA. The presentation will take place on April 22nd, where Mato Seco will be responsible for pulling Bloco Expresso do Reggae, which will parade through the city streets on a route lasting 3 to 4 hours.
The invitation came with the group's consolidation on the national scene among the main bands of the genre. Mato Seco is currently in the mixing phase of its new CD produced by Jamaican legend Errol "Flabba" Holt with major appearances such as Groundation, Max Romeo and Osvaldinho do Acordeon.
The Expresso do Reggae has 5 years of history and in addition to the Mato Seco, it will feature the standout band from the local scene, Senzala. It will be the second time that Mato Seco will perform in Feira de Santana, the first time they participated in the "Bob Marley Day" event, which celebrated Expresso's 4th anniversary.
