JAH I RAS releases their first CD, one of the albums most awaited by the public!

"JAH Providenciará" had its launch and autograph afternoon last December 22nd at the Reggae Inna Downtown store in São Paulo. The album has twelve tracks and began recording in 2006, the studio experienced problems and in 2009, after heavy rain, all equipment was damaged by an electrical discharge that burned all the machines and included all the recordings that had been made by Jah I Ras between 2006 and 2009. In 2009, recordings were resumed from scratch in several studios such as Mighty Sounds (Solano Jacob), Estúdio 11 and Red I Station (Gustah). Mastering was done on the Estúdio Tuff Gong on the Jamaica, leaving the album with the brightness and weight characteristic of the island's original sound. With songs with a strong message in English and Portuguese, all compositions are written by Ras Kadhu. His lyrics go beyond social criticism without solutions, but what is indicated in these songs is the deepening of spiritual life, the urgency to become more aware of the life we ​​live, the place we are, gratitude, the preservation and maintenance of life in nature, the love for mother earth and her children. Ras Kadhu also produces the album both musically and artistically. Jah I ras has in its history the honors of new band in 2006 (Premiação Roopa) and Best Root Reggae band in 2007 (Kaskatas) and now in December its vocalist Ras Kadhu received the Male Outstanding Award for Revista Reggae Brasil.
