The film "The Harder They Come" (in Brazil, "Balada Sangrenta") starring Jimmy Cliff and written and directed by Perry Henzell in 1972, will be re-released in the USA on September 5th. Distribution will be carried out by the companies Syndctd Entertainment and International Films Management. Screenings of the film have already been scheduled in Nova York and in California.

The film contains on its soundtrack some great classics of Jamaican music such as "You Can Get it if You Really Want" by Jimmy Cliff, "By The Rivers of Babylon" by The Melodians, "Pressure Drop" by Toots & The Maytals and "Johnny Too Bad" by the group The Slickers.
