WHAT AN HONOR! Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger surrenders to the sound of Chronixx in New York!
The proximity of some rock bands such as the Rolling Stones and The Clash to reggae is nothing new. In the case of the Stones, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards have already developed several projects with several Jamaican artists such as Damian Marley, Peter Tosh, Bob Marley and Justin Hinds, which proves that they are truly fans of reggae. The repercussion of the new artist Chronixx in the United States is so great that Mick Jagger, leader and vocalist of the Rolling Stones, insisted on seeing the Jamaican's show in person on the 26th in Central Park in New York. After the show, Mick - accompanied by his daughters - went to the dressing room to greet Chronixx.

Around five thousand people went to the show, which also featured Junior Reid. The last time the United States surrendered to a reggae artist was with Damian Marley, in "Welcome to Jamrock". Chronixx really seems to be on a successful path.

Recorded by the singer's fans, watch an excerpt from Chronixx's performance in Central Park. The songs following the video are "Capture Land", "Who Knows" and "Here Comes Trouble", where the latter takes the opportunity to remember artists such as Jesse Royal, Ini Kamoze (creator of the original base), Damian Marley and even Dennis Brown with a snippet of "Promised Land".
