Bahia has always been a reference in the arts and music across the most varied styles, and reggae is no different. The offering of great talents and a project that managed to unite this entire movement makes 2015 a milestone for the style in the state and in Brazil.
The #MAISREGGAE project seeks to unite groups through actions such as workshops, round tables, digital and physical album distribution, among others, and announces its first festival with more than 40 acts and 3 days of celebration in Salvador.
At the #MAISREGGAE Festival, artists and bands in the most varied styles of music originally from Jamaica but that took root in Bahia will be present, as well as MCs, DJs and Selectahs.
