The 58th Grammy, the biggest international music awards, has just announced its nominees in 83 categories, including "Best Reggae Album". The event will take place on February 15, 2016 (Monday) at the famous Staples Center in Los Angeles, California and will be broadcast live by CBS. This year's list of contenders for the "Best Reggae Album" award is quite interesting and brings some artists from the new generation, including the African Rocky Dawuni from Ghana, who also participated in the beautiful "Playing For Change" project, and the Jamaican Jah Cure. Another interesting point is the absence of any member of the Marley family on the list of nominees. Always strong in the awards, the children of the king of reggae together won an impressive 7 awards in the last 10 editions of the nomination. Completing the list are veteran Barrington Levy with a sensational acoustic album, Luciano and Morgan Heritage.
