VP Records released on June 3 a tribute album worthy of the work of the great Jamaican singer Dennis Brown, who would have turned 59 on February 1 of this year.
The compilation "We Remember Dennis Brown" features 30 tracks spread across 2 CDs and is undoubtedly one of the great albums of 2016.

The album playlist includes artists from the new generation such as Bushman, Chronixx, Etana, Jah9, Jah Cure, Jesse Royal, Raging Fyah and Romain Virgo, as well as veterans like Maxi Priest, Freddie McGregor and Sanchez.
It is also worth noting that the album is not made up only of obvious songs from the Jamaican idol, but also lesser-known tracks such as "Bloody City", "Don't want to be no General" and "Little Village" that are equally outstanding in quality.
