The fifth month of the year is remembered for various Reggae celebrations, especially those involving King Bob Marley and National Reggae Day, celebrated on May 11 and established as an official date by former President Dilma Roussef.
This time, some states will hold celebrations of the highest caliber, especially with the tour bringing together the legendary Jamaicans The Abyssinians and Dezarie, the singer from the Virgin Islands who made a name for herself in the country.

NOT TO BE MISSED
São Paulo, Salvador and Recife are already on the route for these acts, which are expected to spend two weeks in Brazil. The Abyssinians return to Brazilian soil after fans waited four years, and promise performances packed with classics and sonic grandeur. Dezarie, who toured extensively here, brings the weight of the Virgin Islands sound under the musical direction of Ron Benjamin, former bassist of Midnite.

The shows in these cities also feature other major acts and rising stars of national reggae such as Ponto de Equilíbrio, Mato Seco, Cidade Verde Sounds, Igor Salify, Maneva, and many others.
