Check the nominees for the Grammy for Best Reggae Album! Surprise ahead?

The list of nominees for the Grammy for "Best Reggae Album" has just been released. The 60th edition awards ceremony will take place on January 28, 2018 at Madison Square Garden (New York) and includes albums released between October 1 and September 30, 2017. Several heavyweight contenders are stirring up this edition, with some surprises and others that were already expected.

GRAMMY NOMINEES

Among the nominees we have artists from the new generation such as Chronixx, Common Kings and J Boog, as well as others a little older such as Damian Marley and Morgan Heritage, who were recently in Brazil. Both Morgan Heritage and Damian have already won the award considered the most important in international music. Other albums such as those by Jesse Royal and Junior Natural with Sly & Robbie were released after September 30, still having a chance to be nominated for the following year's awards.
