In quarantine times, Lucas Kastrup, composer, researcher and drummer of the band Ponto de Equilíbrio, has just released a music video with legendary Jamaicans Ashanti Roy and Watty Burnett (The Congos) and Solano Jacob from Brazil. “Amar é Bom” is the name of the song and is part of the album “Coração Nyahbinghi: Lucas Kastrup & Amigos”, with musical production by Ras Fernando “Alq Miztah”. Filmed at Fatiado Discos in SP, with flawless direction by Vras77, the music video celebrates the meeting between great Jamaican and Brazilian artists, to the beat of the heart of the nyabinghi drums of Rastafari culture. Over 20 years of career, Lucas Kastrup has written several songs, among them “Novo Dia”, one of the most emblematic songs in the repertoire of the band Ponto de Equilíbrio. Released in 2010, also in the company of the Jamaicans The Congos, it has more than 20 million views on YouTube.
