Got to Be Tough! Toots wins the Grammy for Best Reggae Album of 2020! Check it out on Surforeggae!

The legendary Toots Hibbert, who unfortunately passed away in September 2020, has just received a posthumous award of great importance - the Grammy, the highest honor in international music. His album "Got to Be Tough" beat three fellow countrymen and one English competitor, respectively Buju Banton, Skip Marley, The Wailers and Maxi Priest. The album is very much in line with Toots' latest releases, mixing Jamaican Reggae in several of its aspects such as Rocksteady and Ska with the typical North American sound, a formula that seems to be successful in the country. Toots had already competed six other times and won the prize in one of them with the excellent "True Love". May your music live forever.
