Frederico Oliveira，艺名 Freddy Locks，1977年12月9日生。在 Lisbon 传奇 Alvalade 街区成长，属在 Portugal punk-rock scene 留名的 generation——"Censurados"、"Ku de Judas"、"Tara perdida"、"Dalai lume" 等 Alvalade 乐队，Freddy 青春与之共度。17岁加入 punk band，投身 Portugal 与 Spain anarchist、Okupa movement。1995年夏经历改变人生："……那个夏天我找到 light、positive reality 的 secret；找到人们所称的 "God"，它活在一切生命之内。
"通过所遇之地、之人与 Reggae music 找到 path"。Freddy 开始在 Lisbon Metro 及各处写歌演奏；message 虽 anarchist，voice 总像 reggae。1999年组建 "Nature"、加入 "20 pás 08"，任主唱吉他；"20 pás 8" 被粉丝称 "reggae-punk"，2003年结束。2004年与 Asher Guardian 录 "Rootsrockstruggelling"，"Wake up" 获 Radio Fazuma "Song of the Year" 提名。
2004年 "Poormanstyle" 与 "Sly & Robbie" 在 Musa festival 同台。2006年 solo "Bring up the feeling"（Gumalaka——Portugal 首家 independent reggae label），获 Sunshine reggae、Zona Reggae "Album of the year"；单曲 Antena3 点播榜首，MV 入 MTV Portugal。critics 视其为 Portugal reggae maturing 之证。2008年 Portugal 巡演并扩 band，Freddy Locks 正录新碟、寻 label 向世界展示 music。
