Marcelo Szabô and DJ Roots are the guests this Saturday on Sábado Groove.

Continuing with Sábado Groove at Zanzibar, Rafael Pondé invites musician Marcelo Szabô and DJ Roots to entertain the audience next Saturday (12), starting at 11pm. The night promises to heat up with plenty of Bahian, electronic and black music. This is the third presentation of the project that is already a success in Bahia, attracting more and more people to the traditional Zanzibar, on Ladeira da Misericórdia. During the season, Rafael Pondé performs shows with his new band, formed by Jão Travassos on drums; Leandro Moreira on keyboards; Jandira and Aninha on backing vocals, and Adriano Paternostro on bass. In addition, every Saturday the musician will bring a guest artist from the Reggae and MPB scene in Bahia and a DJ to perform during the night. In the repertoire, highlights include a remix of the song "Sorriso de Flor" (Rafael Pondé), by Dj Roots, which will be released worldwide by the Inner Ground Records label, owned by DJs Marky and Xerxes. The remix has gained great repercussion, being praised, among others, by Fernanda Porto.
