"REGGAE CULTURAL" festival debuts on 14/01 in Salvador, bringing music and citizenship to outlying neighborhoods!

On January 14th, 21st and 28th, February 4th and 11th, REGGAE CULTURAL will take place, an event that will take Art, Culture and notions of Citizenship to the outskirts of Salvador for free. Alagados, Cajazeiras, Itapuã, Mussurunga and Periperi are the neighborhoods chosen for this first version. It is a project made by and for young people, with music as its main base. The band Los Baganas, producer of REGGAE CULTURAL, is the “master of ceremonies”. The group closes the event every night and welcomes guest bands such as Meteora and Akidara, among others. Solidarity will be encouraged through the (optional) donation of non-perishable food and clothing in good condition for donation to philanthropic bodies. Each community will elect an entity to receive donations. In addition to the shows, the public can have fun with a graffiti workshop, performances, crafts and community talent shows.
