Surforeggae thanks everyone who was able to watch RooTV's debut. Public participation was massive and extremely important, as we were able to both offer programming with quality clips and also detect the limitations of the system. While we arrange all the necessary parameters to offer the programming to even more users without any hiccups, you can now enjoy the 24-hour clip schedule with the best of global reggae. Check below the results and procedures of the promotions.

BALANCE POINT PROMOTION

Two promotions ran simultaneously, Ponto de Equilíbrio and Planta e Raiz. At Ponto, all you had to do was send your name, address, a suggested clip and a phrase related to the suggested artist. The most creative phrase included a kit with a Ponto de Equilíbrio CD and t-shirt. Below are the details of the winner, who will receive their kit at home. Name: Priscila Campos   State: SP City: Santos Suggested Clip: Planta e Raiz with "Rolê Consciente" Phrase: "I like Planta's sound because it makes me feel closer to home."

PLANT AND ROOT PROMOTION :: 10 YEARS

In promoting Planta e Raiz, we gave one part of a sentence per block. The key phrase is made up of 7 parts, so the user only needed to write down the parts block by block and send their full name and address along with the assembled phrase to rootv@surforeggae.com.br. The promotion will run until SEPTEMBER 18th, when everyone will know the winner of the "Planta e Raiz 10 years" kit containing a brand new Surfboard and an MP4. For those who were unable to write down the parts of the key phrase for some reason, let's give it a chance. Just access the Surforeggae Community on ORKUT and there you will see a topic with the key phrase assembled. Then just go to "Promotions/Sweepstakes" in the menu and answer the question with the KEY PHRASE.   Attention: Whoever created the sentence while watching the program live has 2x more chances of winning.
