Learn about "Reggae 4 Life", a new coastal Santa Catarina project promising many novelties!

Reggae4Life is a new reggae movement on the coast of Santa Catarina. There will be many meetings with the best of national and international reggae, as well as the screening of exclusive documentaries and videos, and much more. All good energy is welcome to vibrate peace and the true message of reggae. The first meetings and events are scheduled to take place at Praia Brava between the city of Balneário Camboriu and Itajaí on the coast of Santa Catarina. On September 28th, the project's pre-launch show took place with the band UKIEMANA. On October 12th, it was the turn of the São Paulo band Expressão Regueira who took their songs to the first edition of Reggae4Life at Praia Brava. Then, on November 22, 2008, the second edition will take place with the opening of the band Negroavapor (Itapema – SC), RAS BERNARDO & QG Imperial (Rio de Janeiro/São Paulo) and closing the night in style with the band Produto Nacional (Porto Alegre) celebrating 19 years of career. The production of the shows is the responsibility of StrikeconcerT, a Brazilian producer who has almost a decade of work and experience with reggae. The general director of Strikeconcert Eron Quintiliano says that a large international reggae festival is being organized for the summer of 2009 on the coast of Santa Catarina.
