Brazilian reggae loses "Kata", lead singer of the band Principe Messias!

In the late hours of December 8th, national reggae lost another one of its great talents. Vocalist of the band Príncipe Messias, Carlos "Kata" was known for his strong stage presence and charisma, in addition to his appearance on the SBT program ASTROS, in which he received unanimous approval (see video below). In the summer, the band Príncipe Messias was going to tour the southern region and, to research accommodations, Kata and her producer headed to Florianópolis. On the way back, a car accident left Carlos "Kata" fatal. The band Príncipe Messias was confirmed on December 11th with The Congos, at Kazebre. The Surforeggae team leaves its sincere condolences to all fans, friends and family.
