Sean Kingston recovers well from accident and leaves ICU! See on Surforeggae!

Young Jamaican singer Sean Kingston is now breathing without aid and walking with assistance after being involved in a serious accident. Sean crashed his jet-ski into a bridge in Palm Island on May 29th, which led to him being admitted to an ICU in Miami. Sean Kingston became known worldwide with the song "Beautiful Girls" which even led to a tour across Brazil in 2008, passing through cities such as São Paulo, Guarujá, Rio de Janeiro, Guarapari e Curitiba.
