The Jamaican artist Buju Banton, convicted in EUA for drug trafficking, has just been informed by the American courts about the exact period he will be in prison.

The American Court confirmed that Buju will be released in February 2019, meaning his sentence, which was originally supposed to be 10 years, was reduced to 8. The singer is currently in Texas, in a low-security prison, designated for peaceful convicts who are not considered dangerous to the state.
