Confirmed: Italian Alborosie debuts in Brazil! Check the first dates on Surforeggae!

The Italian "singjay" (name given to the mixture of singer and DJ/toaster - one who makes rhymes) will be on tour in South America in April. Established in Europe as one of the biggest reggae attractions today, "Pupa Albo", as it is also known, will make its debut on Brazilian stages. In addition to Brazil, presentations are also planned in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Venezuela Cities such as Fortaleza, São Luís and Belém have already been confirmed, and others should be announced soon. Alborosie became famous through the hit "Kingston Town", a track that is part of his first album "Soul Pirate", released in 2008. Some duets with other big names in Reggae such as Michael Rose (Ex-Black Uhuru), Etana, David Hinds (Steel Pulse), Gramps Morgan (Morgan Heritage), U-Roy and Kymani Marley also created great repercussion about the artist who is highly anticipated in some Brazilian cities. Alborosie will perform with the full lineup of his band "Shengen Clan".
