Bora Viver and De Sol a Sol! Planta e Raiz's musical maturity on their first double album!

Planta e Raiz celebrates 15 years on the road, and at the height of its musical maturity releases the band's 1st double album: "Bora Viver" - "De Sol a Sol". This is the band's 8th career album, from a group that has collected hits such as: "Com Certeza", "Gueto do Universo", "Te Ver", "Tô No Barato", "2 Passos do Paraíso" and many others performed on stages throughout Brazil and abroad, such as Australia and Japan in 2012.

A WATERSHED

"Bora Viver" and "De Sol a Sol" can be considered a watershed for the band. For the first time the musicians truly took part in the production and fine adjustments, resulting in days and nights of hard work, discussions and laughter until they finally had the finished album in their hands. This participatory period not only generated great satisfaction with the final quality of the work, but also made the musicians and everyone involved know one another better in their essence. Zeider, Samambaia and Franja - founders of the band - proved to be not only musicians, but excellent producers. They did everything with organization, good ideas and ease in technical learning, but nothing compared to the LOVE invested in every process and task, reflected sensitively in the final result of the album when each track is heard.

EVOLUTION

One point worth highlighting is the definitive incorporation of the horn section, keyboard, DJ and percussion instruments into songs that begin in the mind, pass through the heart and reach the feet, as in the samba/reggae "Longe de Você". On the 14 unreleased tracks there is a great tribute to master Ben Jor and 3 remix versions divided into 2 albums, all packaged with artwork by internationally recognized designer Tom Veiga. Guest appearances include names such as Di Ferrero (NX Zero), Tati Portella (Chimarruts), Rael da Rima, Stereodubs, Fernando Anitelli (Teatro Mágico), Claudia Leitte and Helio Bentes (Ponto de Equilíbrio).
