Against poverty, illiteracy and slavery? The Proclamation of the Republic! But what has REALLY changed in your life in more than 100 years of history? The majority of the Brazilian population loses their roots every year. A holiday is nothing more than a day without work or study, to be used for leisure and rest. There is nothing wrong at this point, so let us know the importance of this day.
(Emperor Dom Pedro II)
With the people ignorant, rule was simpler. See that this point can be rescued even today, by the dictatorship of television, poor quality music and one of the lowest levels of education in the world. Yes, Brazil still suffers from this more than 100 years after the Republic was established.
But nothing compares to slavery, one of the main pillars of support for the empire. Interestingly, it was precisely the emperor's daughter, Princess Isabel, who signed in 1888 - a year before the proclamation of the Republic - the Golden Law, completely extinguishing slavery in Brazil, the last independent country to take this important step.

Weakening his critical sense, he takes space and benefits from his poorly cast vote, perpetuating himself in power. With today's aggressive capitalism, not having culture leaves you at the bottom of the social pyramid, with the worst salaries and the worst quality of life. Friends, this is nothing more than a NEW SLAVERY. The evil Brazilian "República" and its interest in the lack of education of its people is nothing more than the NEW EMPIRE.
In short, the system used to hang you. Nowadays he just gives you the ropes. You unconsciously do everything else.
Want to sign your own abolition? BE CULTURED AND CONSCIOUS.
THE EMPIRE SHOTS ITSELF IN THE FOOT
The proclamation of the Republic clashed head-on with the empire of Dom Pedro II. The empire was harmful to the evolution of Brazil, as there was no interest in the people obtaining culture and independence, with illiteracy and poverty being one of the most delicate reflections of its philosophy.
(Emperor Dom Pedro II)
WHAT IS YOUR LIFE TODAY? HOW ARE YOU?
We live in a Republic. We have the right to vote. We have RIGHTS! But how do an uneducated people gain any advantage from this? If you don't know your rights, how will you benefit? If you don't blink in front of the TV, being bombarded by "emburrecedora" programming, how will you recognize the public enemy? If you listen to and like music that talks about ass, how will you understand and absorb conscious lyrics from Rap or Reggae? If you have access to studies and are not interested, how will you obtain the blessed CULTURE? In this sphere, slavery and the empire only changed their name and strategy, as Babylon is very much alive and active in the daily lives of Brazilians. The system first leaves you ignorant without you realizing it. It gives you music and TV shows... all of them in terrible taste.
