Pablo Roberto de Lima Santos, better known as Pablo Scobá Dub, died early yesterday morning, on the 7th. The singer was murdered after performing at the Historic Center of João Pessoa. According to police information, Pablo was arriving at the car where his wife and a couple of friends were, when two men, one of them armed, were trying to carry out a robbery. Pablo reportedly questioned what was happening and one of the suspects shot him. According to the duty detective at the João Pessoa Homicide Department, Paulo Josafá, the case is being treated as robbery with homicide. The victim was hit in the heart area and was taken to the capital's Emergency and Trauma Hospital, but did not survive the injury and died. According to the detective, no other occupant of the car was injured and the two crime suspects fled. Pablo was 34 years old and was originally from Rio de Janeiro, but lived in Paraíba. He had performed at Casarão 39, at the 'Baile de Favela' party. The case was registered around 1:30 AM. By 8:00 AM this Saturday, the police had not yet identified those responsible for the crime.
