"I Believe in You" could be just another good reggae single, but it is much more than that. Released in late 2014, the beautiful song brought together Brazilian singer Aline Duran and one of the biggest names in world reggae, Bunny Rugs. Bunny was the lead vocalist of the legendary band Third World, one of the most traditional and accomplished groups in the history of the genre. Beyond the quality of those involved and the song itself, "I Believe in You" also gained historical significance — though with sorrowful weight. The romantic duet became Bunny Rugs' last studio recording before his death in February 2014. Now in 2016, the single — already etched in reggae history — receives a remix version by master Ranking Joe, one of the pioneering MC/Toasters of Jamaica, considered a master in this style since the 1970s.

The track was produced by Ziggy Coltrane in New York, written and arranged by Kwame Heshimu, with musicians including Jonathan Fritz and Victor 'Ticklah' Axelrod, founder of the bands "Easy Star All-Stars" and "Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra". It was an honor to carry out this collaboration — certainly one of the greatest privileges I have had in my career. I fell in love with the song as soon as I heard it, and including it on the album was a way to pay tribute to the great artist Bunny Rugs was." — Aline says about the duet. The song was part of the album "Sente o Som", the second in Aline Duran's career, released in late 2014. The track was remixed by influential Jamaican deejay Ranking Joe, and is being released as a single by the New York label RoughHouse Noise. The song and video launch took place on July 8, 2016 on the German website Reggaeville, considered the largest and most relevant reggae site in the world.
