Prince Buster began singing in small clubs in 1956 until he was hired by Coxsone Dodd, the legendary figure of Studio One. Curiously, however, he was recruited as a security guard, since he had been a boxer since adolescence.
Even so, after that he became increasingly integrated into the Jamaican music world, which later yielded great results.
Check out this and other legends who have already left us, in the special "In Memoriam" section.

Throughout his career he achieved numerous hits such as "Al Capone" and "Whine and Grine", especially in England. In his discography, among albums and compilations, more than 20 titles. Without a doubt a great loss of one of the founders of music in Jamaica.
