The first Global Conference of Rastafari culture takes place from November 1 to 7 this year in Sahshamene, Ethiopia.
The conference is organized by the Nyahbinghi National Concil (N.N.C. Ethiopia) and will welcome people from several countries, aiming to strengthen Rastafari unity by raising key issues and considerations to consolidate this culture anywhere in the world.
Brazil will be represented by Ras Kadhu and his delegation from the R.U.F. of Latin America. Vocalist of the band JAH I RAS and leader of the Céu de Santa Maria de Sião community, based in Itapecerica da Serra (Greater São Paulo), Ras Kadhu was chosen by members of the R.U.F from Africa to be the Latin American representative of the Rastafari in Brazil.

This event is hugely important because it is the first international conference of our culture.
