British sound designer Rob Jevons, a specialist in electronic music, remixed the compilation Red, Gold, Green & Blue, released last year by the Trojan Jamaica / BMG label. The new Red, Gold, Green & Blue RMXZ is now available on all digital platforms. Production is by the label's founding duo: Zak Starkey and Sharna “Sshh” Liguz.
In 2019, musicians Zak Starkey and Sharna “Sshh” Liguz launched the Trojan Jamaica label in partnership with BMG. Its discographic debut was acclaimed by critics worldwide: Red, Gold, Green & Blue is a historic collection of Jamaican reggae artists performing, in their own way, blues, R&B and early rock'n'roll classics that inspired the reggae revolution of the late 1960s.

This smart blend of stars and styles now receives a remixed version by British sound designer Rob Jevons, who worked with The Prodigy on the album "No Tourists", number 1 on the official UK albums chart.
It was a great honor to be invited by Sshh and Zak to work on this remix album. Receiving vocals from pioneers, legends and extremely talented people, and being able to put my musical point of view into it, was a dream. Zak said he did not want the conventional four-on-the-floor kind of remix. He and Sshh fortunately asked for something out of the ordinary”, says Rob Jevons.
