Exclusive: Time doesn't stop! Learn about Ryan Newman’s solo work, bassist of Groundation!

Groundation, one of the strongest names in international Reggae today, oozes talent. It's no surprise that the side work of its members is so prominent, as is the case with Ryan Newman, the band's bassist. Ryan, together with his girlfriend, set up what he calls REVOLUTION SOUND at Estados Unidos, a recording studio that has already become a standout in the Reggae scene.

Having produced albums and recorded riddims with artists such as Luciano, Ras Attitude and Batch, Revolution Sound is opening new horizons. A good example of this is the recently released album "Royal Lionage" by singer Ras Attitude, from Ilhas Virgens. On this album, Ryan plays several instruments such as bass, drums, percussion, trumpet and piano on all tracks. CD also features special appearances by the keyboardist of Groundation, Marcus Urani and backing vocalist Ikesha Johnson. Without a doubt, it’s something we need to pay close attention to. As Jamaicain "Big tings a gwaan" would say (Good things are coming).
