Namastê's RELEITURAS project consists of making reggae versions of great rock classics!

Banda Namastê has been promoting and winning over audiences with its own authentic songs for 15 years. Parallel to this, there has always been a desire to make versions and reinterpretations of classics with the band's “feature”. Thus came the idea of ​​a new show with a repertoire of only classics and timeless songs, with original arrangements adapted to a language “reggae, SKA, rocksteady and its aspects”. Songs such as "Smoke on the Water" - Deep Purple, "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" - Creedence Clearwater Revival, "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" - Queen and “Satisfaction" - Rolling Stones, are sung by Anamaria Ribeirol (voice) accompanied by Eduardo Ansay and Diego Bueno on guitars, Wellington Borges on double bass, Luis Henrique ‘LH’ on keyboards, Felipe “Boquinha” on drums, Lagmê Raquel on backing vocals, André Correa on sax, Jean Alves on Trombone and Jefferson Baun on trumpet. With extensive experience, performing shows throughout Latin America, including as a support band for international artist Andrew Tosh, Banda Namastê hopes to please its audience and win new admirers.
